Top hotel group requires a Sales Manager to drive business into two of their Northamptonshire hotels. As a sales and customer focused individual, you will aim to consistently deliver excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach. Your objective will be to research, develop and convert new corporate and conference*event business for the hotels, primarily from the local market, so knowledge of the Northamptonshire hotel market would be advantageous. You will proactively identify sales opportunities*leads from existing and new customers primarily for these two hotels but also for other hotels within the group. This is a field sales orientated role; so on the road travel is required to bring potential clients into the hotel and generate revenue. Previous hotel sales experience is essential, therefore this role would suit an existing sales manager who is capable of field sales and who is looking for a new challenge. Benefits include a 20% bonus, a car or £4,000 car allowance, a laptop and a mileage allowance.
